HILLCROFT WOMEN'S COLLEGE

Hillcroft is a vibrant and innovative residential college for adult women. It specialises in helping women who may not have been able to achieve their full potential in education. entrance qualifications are required and grants are available to cover accommodation and tuition costs for most students. Very special attention is always paid to the needs of individual learners at Hillcroft and the college is proud of the amount of learning support it is able to offer to students. There is an OFSTED registered Crèche and a dedicated Learning Resource Centre.

The age group of Learners range from nineteen at the lower end to the eighties at the upper end.

There is a wide offer of courses to choose from: Skills for Work courses including Team Leading, First Line Management and Job Search, IT and Computing, Literacy, Language and ESOL programmes.
For learners who may want to go on to university Hillcroft offers Access To Higher Education Course, a full time course which is validated by the London Open College Network. Students on this course can apply for an adult learner bursary to cover course fees, accommodation and fees.

The college also specialises in building links with community groups across the country on education and training programmes.

Hillcroft is conveniently located near London, although learners come from all over England and Wales. It is set in very beautiful leafy grounds and this makes for an ideal atmosphere for learners to come and study.
